- Four different models to meet the required distance and accuracy
- Ideal for outdoor use thanks to rugged metal housing with IP54 dust and water protection
- High precision in degrees or gons over long distances up to 100 meters
- Easy handling

Bosch is now expanding its product range of optical levels – previously represented by the GOL 26 D Professional and GOL 26 G Professional models – with the GOL 20 D Professional and GOL 20 G Professional tools featuring 20x magnification. All four models enable traditional leveling tasks, such as determining and transferring heights in open terrain or on construction sites, to be performed with ease and precision. Users can choose whether to measure in degrees or gons by selecting the appropriate model type – D for degrees, G for gons.

Thanks to their rugged metal housing with IP54 dust and water protection, these tools are especially robust and well-suited for outdoor use.

The right tool for the traditional leveling tasks
With a leveling accuracy of three millimeters over a distance of 30 meters, the GOL 20 D Professional and GOL 20 G Professional models ensure high precision at distances of up to 60 meters. They are therefore suitable for common leveling tasks for example when laying drainages or foundations. Users requiring even higher accuracy, such as surveyors, can choose from the already available GOL 26 D Professional and GOL 26 G Professional models, which have a maximum deviation of 1.6 millimeters over 30 meters and work precisely in a range of up to 100 meters.

Easy to use
All four models are ready for use at any time, as they do not require a power supply. With their 5/8" thread, they are compatible with standard building tripods such as the BT 160 Professional from Bosch. The optical levels are aligned using three leveling screws. They are correctly positioned when the bubble is centered in the circular vial. All you have to do to verify this is take a brief look into the penta prism above it. If the vial is level, the tool's integrated compensator automatically performs the fine adjustment.

The optical level is initially aligned with its target – generally a leveling rod – using the integrated target collimator. A sharp image is guaranteed by the telescope with its 20x or 26x magnification and the clear objective aperture of 36 millimeters. As a result, the aperture is particularly fast. The values on the leveling rod can therefore be seen clearly and read with ease thanks to the crosshairs. Horizontal alignment is performed by means of angular adjustment with a friction coupling which is operated using adjusting screws on either side.

Safe transportation
To prevent the optical level from damage during transport – especially the compensator – they are supplied in a carrying case with locking mechanism. The carrying case is also available as an accessory.
